Futo Grinders are unique because we CNC machine them solid exotic wood - the teeth are strong because we use thick slabs of the right exotics with the grain running in the direction of the teeth, so they're not just attached or pinned in like the cheap imports - they're carved from one solid piece. We use a thick diamond shaped tooth layout that gets excellent reviews.. Our original 2 piece grinders are held together with strong rare earth magnets. The wood does well to resist sticky build up, it's finished with an all natural food safe organic beeswax and oil wood finish.
