At Futo customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer refunds or exchanges if you’re unsatisfied with your order.  Buyers are responsible for the return postage cost, and we will process your return after we’ve received the item.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and ship the item back to us within 14 days of delivery.  We’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions.

We accept order cancellations within one day of your purchases if your order has not yet been shipped. 

Because of the nature of our products we can only accept returns for new and unused items.
