Q. What's the turn around time for my order?
A. We ship all regular orders within 3-5 business days. When you order from Futo you're buying directly from the shop where we create all of our products from the raw materials. If your order is in stock we'll ship it right away, and for made to order items it just takes a few days. If you have any questions are want to make any last minute changes to your order make sure to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include your order number.
Q. What shipping methods are available and when will I receive my order?
A. We use Canada Post for all of our shipments (we're in Canada). We offer regular and expedited shipping for Canadian orders and the shipping delivery time is around 3-5 days depending on which province you're in.
For our US customers your shipment will arrive via USPS, and we offer a basic shipping option called Small Packet which takes 1-2 weeks and doe not have tracking available, it's like regular mail. Tracking is available with the Tracked Packet shipping upgrade, and it also has a 1-2 week eta. If your order is over 50.00 we'll usually upgrade your shipping to Tracked Packet automatically. If your order includes free shipping we'll use Tracked Packet.

Q. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A. Yes we'll accept returns / exchanges for products if they are still in new and unused condition. There are no restocking fees, but you're responsible for the return postage. If you're thinking about a return please contact us to get our return shipping address and open a return order with our support staff at firstname.lastname@example.org.
